Curriculum VitaeDr. Nimisha Shah is a Clinician, teacher and researcher since 1998 currently serves as Professor and Head of Department Of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics at K. M Shah Dental College & Hospital, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara. Completed BDS and MDS from GDCH Ahmedabad in 1998 and having 20 years of teaching experience. She is Recognized PG and PhD guide and guided more than 40 research projects including ICMR research and having 35 publications in various reputed journals. She is serving as Editorial board member of 3 National and 01 International journal. She is also a member of Institutional Research Committee, Human Research Review Panel, Board Of Studies, Academic Council , of the University. She has been awarded “Best Original Research Award of 2015 “By Journal of Conservative Dentistry. Her Area of interest are Biofilms, Adhesion and recent advances in dentin adhesion, post & core, inlay, Traumatic Injuries, CBCT & 3 –D printing, How to Conduct Journal club,Minimal Invasive Endodontics etc. She has undergone advance training in Evidence Based Education System at international workshops and incorporated it in UG and PG teaching. She has edited Chapter in leading textbooks. Has delivered guest lectures and paper presentations at national and international level.
